BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Job Description:
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing a team, conducting research, creating reports, and closing deals. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and guidance to ensure success
- Conduct research to identify potential clients and stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Create reports on sales performance and market trends
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service
- Prepare and present sales proposals and pitches to potential clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive growth and success
- Close deals to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and stay up-to-date with industry trends
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in sales, with a background in digital marketing
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
