BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Founder to setup Business Development function from scratch and deliver on business targets consistently
- Understand the company business thoroughly – who we are, what we are offering, who are our potential clients, how do we differentiate ourselves from others, changes in the company as we evolve etc
- Figure out various sources and setup processes to generate potential leads in bulk on a continuous basis
- Segment potential leads, develop customized outreach and follow-up strategy for each segment and execute it to maximize their conversion into clients
- Develop presentations and customized pitch for different clients and drive client meetings
- Develop and sustain solid relationships with potential clients
- Develop Company Sales policies and procedures collaboratively with the Founder and adhere to them
Requirements and skills:
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- BBA from a good college, MBA would be a plus
- 3-4 years of proven experience in Business Development, especially in generating outbound leads and acquiring them as clients. Experience in a digital marketing agency would be a plus.
- Good understanding of the digital marketing industry and startup ecosystem
- Driven by setting up aggressive targets and exceeding them consistently
- Comfortable with hustling across all tasks in Business Development, right from strategizing to figuring out sources of leads to reaching out and converting them into clients
- Strong communication (verbal as well as written) and interpersonal skills
