A B2B wholesale catalogue distributing FMCG and personal-care SKUs to 3,200 retailers across Maharashtra and Karnataka had a 6-person inside-sales team manually replying to WhatsApp quote requests. Tiered pricing depended on retailer slab, current month volume and seasonal scheme — quotes took 4 hours and were riddled with errors. Credit limits in Tally were not checked at quote time, so the firm regularly shipped to retailers already over their limit.

- Wired live credit-limit checks against Tally — quotes auto-flagged retailers over limit and routed to the credit officer instead of inside sales.
- Triggered reorder reminders based on each retailer's 90-day purchase cadence per SKU — sent via WhatsApp with a one-click "yes, ship" confirm.
- Pushed weekly retailer-level dashboards to the field-sales reps with order trend, scheme uptake and credit health.
- Auto-issued GST invoice and Shiprocket pickup the moment a quote was confirmed.
