What changed
- 2,800 at-risk learners reactivated across 4 cohorts in the first 6 months.
- Cohort completion lifted 41% — the upsell engine doubled in volume.
- Learner NPS climbed 19 points on the cohorts that hit the new nudge sequence.
- Mentor calls booked grew 3.4x without adding mentor headcount.
